Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can fruit (cocktail fruit), drained
  • 1 can pineapple or mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cucumber(s), grated
  • 2 bell peppers, red, diced
  • 400 g salad (meat salad)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a 3-liter bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
