Chard salad with fried zucchini and fried onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 leaves of chard, large leaves
  • ½ small zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs, fresh, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano, rosemary
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the chard, remove the stem, and cut the leaves into strips. Wash and slice the zucchini. Peel and dice the onion. Sauté the onion and zucchini until they are roasted. For the dressing, stir together the ingredients and season to taste. Arrange the chard, zucchini, onion, and dressing on plates or in bowls.
