Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tomatoes
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 100 g cream cheese, grainy
- 1 tbsp chives, freshly chopped
- herbal salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and thinly slice. Arrange them fan-shaped on plates or platters and season with salt and pepper. Wash the spring onions and finely slice them. Mix the cream cheese with the chives and season with herb salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese over the tomatoes and sprinkle the spring onions over them or arrange them in the center of the plate.
