Spicy meatball salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 375 g minced meat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 175 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • Sugar
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Make a meatball mixture from the minced meat, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika. Form into small balls and fry in the heated fat. Drain on kitchen paper and let cool. Trim the leeks and onions and slice into rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Drain the corn. Place all ingredients in a bowl with the meatballs. Make a sauce from the crème fraîche, vinegar, salt, sugar, paprika, and cayenne pepper and pour over the salad. Mix everything together and let it marinate until ready to serve.
