Refreshing multi-fruit lemonade with herbs and no sugar

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 ml water
  • 10 sweetener tablets
  • 1 mandarin orange(s), organic
  • 1 organic lemon(s)
  • Organic lime(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 mint sprig(s)
  • 1 sprig of sage

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Pour the water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the sweetener tablets and dissolve. Wash the fruit thoroughly, slice it, and add it to the pot. Wash the herbs and add it to the pot with the fruit. Cook everything until the citrus pulp separates from the slices and spreads throughout the pot. Let the lemonade simmer for about 20 minutes, then strain it into clean bottles. To preserve it, it must be bottled while still boiling hot. Lemonade is best enjoyed over ice with herbs.
