Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 small bananas
  • curry
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • Oil, for the casserole dish
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 125 g processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the bananas (large bananas work too) and season with the curry. Wrap the seasoned bananas in the ham. Bring the milk to a boil and stir in the cream cheese to form a thick sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Grease a baking dish with a little oil and arrange the ham-wrapped bananas in the dish. Pour the sauce over the bananas. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake on the oven rack on the middle shelf for about 25 minutes.
