Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 4 pear halves from the can or fresh (steamed in a little sugar water with white wine for 10 minutes)
  • 4 tsp cranberries
  • 100 g cheese, grated Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toast the bread in a toaster until golden brown, let it cool slightly, and spread with butter. Place a slice of ham on each slice. Slice the pears fan-shaped and place them on top of the ham. Sprinkle with cranberries and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes.
