Turkey Toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 200 g turkey breast, roasted
  • 4 halved peaches or pears
  • 150g Gouda
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tsp cranberry jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast the bread and top with roasted turkey breast and bacon. Place peach or pear halves on top. Grill and top with cheese until golden brown. Top with a dollop of cranberry jam.
