Grain / seed rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sunflower seeds and/or hemp seeds
  • 100 g spelt, puffed
  • 150 g spelt flakes or oat flakes
  • 50 g soy flakes
  • 75 g flaxseeds and/or chia seeds
  • 40 g psyllium husks
  • 18 g salt
  • 40 g vegetable oil
  • 40 g honey
  • 450 g water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

First, combine all the dry ingredients, then mix in all the wet ingredients. Form the mixture into 9 equal-sized balls and place them flat, like meatballs, on a baking sheet. Then, bake the rolls in the oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 35 minutes. If the result is too sweet for you, you can reduce the honey. A few sun-dried tomatoes, with the seeds reduced by the same amount, also work well. They look more like meatballs than rolls. This mixture makes 9 rolls.
