Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 400 g chicken
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • some chili flakes
  • some parsley
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Halve the spaghetti as desired and cook in salted water for 9 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into pieces, fry in a little oil, and place on the side of the pan. Add soy sauce to the center of the pan, followed by sugar, and stir to combine. Now add the chili flakes, if desired. When the noodles are ready, drain and add them to the pan with the meat. Let everything simmer for a few minutes, then add the parsley at the end (IMPORTANT, otherwise it will taste bad).
