Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp mineral water
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Apricot jam (apricot jam)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, mineral water, oil, vanilla sugar, and salt until smooth. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, pour in the batter, and fry the thin pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Spread with jam, roll up, and serve on warmed plates dusted with powdered sugar.
