Crunchy Puff Pastry Sticks

- 85 g Hungarian style salami
- 100 g Gouda (grated)
- 135 ml Sieved tomatos
- 375 g Puff pastry
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 First, cut the puff pastry into 6 equal squares. 2. Next you take the Hungarian salami and cut it into cubes. 3. Take a square and with the help of a spoon spread the tomatoes on it. 4. Then take a little oregano and sprinkle it over it. 5. Now to the toppings! 🙂 Distribute the diced Hungarian salami and cheese as evenly as possible.
- 6. Now cut the occupied square into 4 slightly thicker strips. 7. Hold on to both sides of the ends and turn them in opposite directions, so that a rotation occurs and the covering is on the inside. 8. The finished strips are placed on the baking paper. (Repeat the above steps for the other 5 squares) 9. Now put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees with top and bottom heat. 10. Wait until the puff pastry has risen and the sticks turn golden yellow. 11. Finally, leave the bars for about 2 minutes until they have cooled down and then it’s just BON APPÉTIT! 😉
