Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250g rigatoni
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 large onion(s)
- 150 g cooked ham
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 can tomato(s), chunky, 400 g
- 200 ml cream
- Thyme
- oregano
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt
- pepper
- 150 g cheese (Edame, Leerdamer, mountain cheese etc.)
- 125g mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
with mushrooms and tomatoes
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Dice the ham and finely chop the onion. First, fry the ham in the butter for 3 minutes, then add the mushrooms and fry for another 2 minutes. Now add the onion and fry everything, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C and cook the rigatoni until al dente. Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with the cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
