Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup soup vegetables
- 1 cube of broth (organic, without flavor enhancers)
- 50 g quinoa
- some cream (soy cuisine)
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Clean and peel the soup vegetables and add them to a pot of boiling water. Add salt and stock cube (you can also omit the stock cube). Add the quinoa and simmer until the vegetables are soft and the quinoa is cooked through. Before serving, add a splash of Soja Cuisine to each bowl.
