sinful chocolate tarte with chocolate pieces

First, slowly melt 200g of chocolate with the butter in a saucepan. In the meantime, mix the sugar and vanilla sugar with the 6 eggs. When the chocolate-butter mixture is no longer too hot, add it to the egg-sugar mixture and mix in by hand. Cut 100g of chocolate into pieces approximately 0.5cm x 0.5cm in size. Then add these to the mixture with the tablespoon of flour and mix in. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking tin. Spread the mixture evenly and tap the tin on the work surface a few times to release any air bubbles. Bake at 190°C for approx. 22 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven, but do not overbake! Important: The tart tastes best when baked the day before. This way it can set and the chocolate pieces have enough time to solidify again. Only use high-quality chocolate.
