Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g flour
- ½ cube of yeast
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 ml water
- 250 g quark
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 250 g meat, smoked
- 200 g leek
- 2 onions
- 200 g cheese, Emmental
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, sugar, oil, salt, and water and let it rise. Then roll it out and place it on a baking sheet. For the topping, mix the quark, sour cream, salt, and pepper and spread it on the yeast dough. Dice the smoked meats, slice the leeks and onions into rings or cubes (depending on your taste), and add them to the dough. Finally, sprinkle with Emmental cheese. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
