Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,000 ml water
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 500 g sugar
- 1 kg raspberries
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, heat the water, rosemary, and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Then add the raspberries and lemon juice. Cook and stir until a light foam forms on the surface. Now simply blend everything and let it cool slightly. Strain the liquid through a cheesecloth and pour into a prepared container.
