Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bagel(s) with sesame
  • 1 slice(s) smoked salmon
  • 4 slice(s) of tomato(s)
  • 5 slice(s) cucumber(s)
  • 2 leaves of lettuce, mixed
  • some sauce (mango chili sauce)
  • some herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bake the bagel according to the instructions and cut it in half. Season the tomato and cucumber slices with herb salt, if desired, and wash the lettuce. Place the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and salmon on the bagel in that order and spread some mango chili sauce on the bagel. Tip: This also tastes great with arugula.
