Ingredients for 4 servings:
- some stalks of basil and oregano
- 2 tbsp, leveled mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 ml water
- some salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with mustard
Pluck the basil and oregano leaves. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender until you have a dressing. Be careful when adding the vinegar: add it a little at a time, tasting it occasionally to avoid over-acidification. We like to pour the dressing over lettuce or cucumber salad.
