Pork fillet in Bresso sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • 1 tube(s) mustard
  • 1 package bacon, sliced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese (e.g. Bresso), with herbs of Provence
  • ½ package of gravy
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into approximately 12 slices. Spread them with mustard and wrap in bacon. Place in a greased casserole dish, cover, and bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve the meat juices according to the package instructions, then mix with the cream and cream cheese. Pour the sauce over the pork fillet pieces and then return to the oven at 180°C for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice or a baguette. Tip: If you like a little more sauce, double the amount. I’ve also tried this recipe with turkey, and it was delicious.
