- 500g penne
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 300 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 5 slice(s) ham, cooked
- Salt
- pepper

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual and drain. In the meantime, combine the heavy cream with the sour cream, add a little salt, pepper, and the crushed garlic clove. Dice the ham and mix with the cream mixture and 2/3 of the grated cheese. Pour this sauce over the still-warm pasta and mix gently. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
