Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 300 g flour
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Basic recipe

Mix the dry ingredients, add the remaining ingredients, and knead into a smooth dough. This dough is ideal as a base for fruit cakes, such as plum cake. If you omit the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and use a teaspoon of salt instead, you’ll have a savory dough for something like pizza or onion tart.
