Tarte flambée with goat cheese, walnuts and apples

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of tarte flambée dough
  • 1 onion(s), finely sliced
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 package goat cheese, soft
  • ½ apple
  • ½ cup of crème fraîche, 100 g
  • ½ cup half and half cream, sour, 100 g
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Unwrap the tarte flambée dough and roll it out thinner, but so that there are no holes in the dough. Place the tarte flambée on a baking rack lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C fan/convection oven according to the package instructions. Mix the crème fraîche with the single cream and season well with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Finely slice the onions and separate them into individual rings. Place the walnuts in a freezer bag and hammer them together. Slice the goat cheese. Quarter the apple, core it, and cut it into thin 2-3 mm slices. Spread the cream evenly over the tarte flambée dough. Top with the remaining ingredients and bake in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes, until crispy. The tarte flambée can be served warm or cold.
