Gnocchi baked in the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg gnocchi
  • 2 mozzarella
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Potato gnocchi

Cook the gnocchi as soon as they rise to the surface, drain, and set aside. Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil and arrange the gnocchi in it. Cut the sage leaves into thin strips, strip and finely chop the rosemary sprigs, then mix the herbs into the gnocchi. Dice the mozzarella and spread it on top of the gnocchi. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, scatter the butter in small pieces, and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius (350-400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the gnocchi for about 30 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad or steamed broccoli.
