Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • some rosemary, fresh
  • some oregano, fresh
  • some thyme, fresh
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • some arugula

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super fast and healthy

Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. Finely chop the herbs and garlic and mix with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the herb mixture on the bread. Slice the tomato and mozzarella and layer them on top. Place the sandwiches in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with arugula to serve.
