Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 giant mushrooms
- 60 g butter
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch(s) oregano, dried
- ½ tsp thyme, dried
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems, hollowing out the heads further with a knife if necessary. Finely chop the onion and parsley. Mix the minced meat with the onion, parsley, mustard, egg, and seasonings. Fill the mushroom heads with the meat mixture. Grease an ovenproof dish generously and place the mushrooms side by side. Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and grated garlic into a sauce and spread it over the mushrooms. Finally, place a knob of butter on each mushroom. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes.
