Honey-cinnamon plums on marzipan cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 50 ml milk, approx.
  • 2 tbsp, heaped marzipan
  • 3 large plums
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • some cinnamon
  • 2 tsp almonds, chopped and roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Puree the quark with the milk and marzipan until smooth. Add more milk if necessary. Wash the plums, remove the stones, and cut into strips. Briefly stew the plums in honey and cinnamon. First, fill the cream into glasses. Next, spread the honey and cinnamon plums over the cream. Finally, sprinkle the almonds on top.
