Apple marzipan tart

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 175 g butter
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 100 g marzipan
  • 1 kg apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g apricot jam
  • Fat, for the shape
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for 6 pieces

Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, sugar, egg, and baking powder. Pour into a well-greased tart pan, reserving a third of the dough. Peel and slice the apples. Spread the pastry with the jam and top with the apples. Crumble the marzipan and sprinkle over the apples. Crumble the remaining pastry into crumbles and sprinkle over the apples. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
