Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp water, cold
- 1 kg onion(s), sliced
- 250 g bacon
- 3 eggs
- 50 g flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, grated

Sauté the onions with 250g diced bacon, mix with 3 beaten eggs, and 50g flour. Make the batter from 200g flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg yolk, 100g butter or margarine, and 2 tbsp. cold water and spread it on a baking sheet. Mix 1 cup sour cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg into the onion mixture and spread it over the batter. Bake at 200°C for about 60 minutes.
