Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 30 g yeast

- 125 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 egg(s)

- 150 g bacon, streaky
- 250 g onion(s)

Instructions

For the dough, put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle, add the crumbled yeast with sugar and a little lukewarm milk and mix with a little flour to form a runny pre-dough, let it rise for 30 minutes. Then gradually add the remaining dough ingredients, beat well and form into a ball, let it rise for 40-60 minutes. Grease a 24 cm springform pan and line the bottom and sides with the rolled out dough. For the filling, dice the bacon, peel the onions, cut them into thin slices and sauté them in hot butter until golden brown. Alternate the bacon, onions and cheese in the pan, shaving or cutting the cheese into thin slices. Finish with a layer of cheese. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
