Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 thick turkey necks
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 100 g margarine, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Pour the melted margarine into a small bowl and mix with salt, pepper, and paprika. Brush over the necks. Simply pour the remaining margarine and spice mixture over the necks. If desired, you can add other spices, such as garlic. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat), 160°C (fan oven). Place the necks on a wire rack and bake for about 1 hour. Turn after 30 minutes. Collect the fat in a bowl under the rack and occasionally spoon it over the necks. Serve with cucumber salad and mashed potatoes.
