Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g red quinoa
- 2 tsp mustard, vegan
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- Oregano, dried
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 7 tbsp flour
- oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Prepare the quinoa according to the package instructions and drain any excess water. Mix with the mustard, spices, and onion. Gradually add the flour until the mixture forms easily with wet hands. Form six burger patties with wet hands. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides over medium heat until nicely browned.
