Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 jars of bulgur
- 1 jar water, warm
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 small red chili peppers, chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp ajvar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- paprika
- Parsley, chopped

Vegetarian
Combine the bulgur and water in a bowl and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Sauté the carrot slices and diced bell pepper in olive oil in a pan. Then add the diced onions, chili peppers, garlic, and tomato paste, and fry briefly. Add the bulgur, ajvar, and ketchup to the pan, season with salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika. Continue sautéing in the pan for about 5 more minutes, then serve.
