Gnocchi pan with cauliflower and bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bag of gnocchi (approx. 500 g)
  • 1 pack of cauliflower florets (approx. 400 g)
  • 1 pack of cat ham (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (approx. 200 g)
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese
  • 1 tsp sage, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp marjoram, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Briefly boil the frozen cauliflower in salted water. Then drain and set aside. Fry the gnocchi in a pan until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. Brown the ham in the same pan. Then add the drained cauliflower to the ham in the pan and cook. Add the heavy cream and stir in the cream cheese. Bring everything to a boil briefly, stir in the seasonings, and finally add the gnocchi. Mix everything well and bring back to a boil briefly.
