Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 6 rolls (toast)
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 5 tomatoes (bush)
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 60 g sheep’s cheese
  • 12 slice(s) ham, raw
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slice(s) cheese (sliced)
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with sheep’s cheese and raw ham

Halve the bread rolls, toast according to the package instructions, and drizzle with oil. Slice the tomatoes, cut the bell peppers into strips, and crumble the feta cheese. Top each half of the roll with 1 teaspoon of feta cheese, strips of bell pepper, 1 slice of ham, and 2 slices of tomato, then season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into strips, top the pizza rolls with them, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (fan 200°C) on the middle rack for about 5 minutes. Garnish the rolls with basil.
