Sourdough bread from the BBA

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil
  • 1 ½ tsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 ½ packs of sourdough (75 g each)
  • 2 tsp bread spice mix
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¾ pack of fresh yeast
  • 330 g wheat flour
  • 270 g wholemeal rye flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

for the bread maker

Add all ingredients one after the other to the bread maker. Use the basic program for baking, and set the browning to medium or dark, depending on your preference.
