Quick and delicious low-carb pan for the cold season

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 jar red cabbage, filling quantity 680 g, or freshly cooked
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 60 g ginger
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • ½ tsp soup seasoning
  • ½ tsp, leveled Himalayan salt or sea salt
  • ½ tsp, leveled pepper
  • ½ tsp, crushed cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp, leveled allspice powder or 0.25 tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp balsamic cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Red cabbage, minced meat and warming spices

Brown the minced meat without any additional fat. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the ginger, and halve the mushrooms. Add both to the browned minced meat along with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Sauté briefly, then stir in the red cabbage. Add the coconut milk, balsamic vinegar, and seasonings and simmer gently for 2 minutes.
