Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 tortillas (20 cm)
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 200 g smoked ham
- 150 g mozzarella, grated
- 150 g Gouda, freshly grated
- 100 g Cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated, optional
- 200 g crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
You can experiment with the types of cheese and mayonnaise to get as close to the original as possible. If you like it spicier, you can also add a little Parmesan. Spread the wraps evenly with mayonnaise on one side. Place one to one and a half slices of ham on top and sprinkle with the various cheeses. Roll up the wraps, making sure the cheese doesn’t fall out at the ends (folding the ends is not necessary). Then place seam-down on a sheet of baking paper. Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 10 to 14 minutes on the bottom rack. They are done when they are lightly browned and the liquid cheese is visible at the ends. Serve with the crème fraîche as a dip.
