Tarte flambée with goat cheese, bacon and thyme

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g goat’s cheese (goat roll)
  • 80 g feta cheese from goat or sheep
  • little salt
  • some pepper
  • lots of thyme, fresh or dried
  • 6 slice(s) smoked bacon (bundle)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

easy and fast

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Unroll the tarte flambée on the baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Season the crème fraîche with a little salt and pepper and spread it evenly over the dough. Cut the goat’s cheese and feta into pieces, and dice the bacon. Spread everything evenly over the crème fraîche. Bake in the oven for about 13-15 minutes. Finally, scatter the thyme over the tarte flambée.
