Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry, rolled out round
- 100 g ham, finely diced
- 50 g bacon, very finely diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 150 g quark, half-fat or full-fat
- 1 egg white
- 1 egg yolk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
makes about 16 pieces
Preheat oven to 220°C. Mix the ham, bacon, garlic, quark, and parsley well, then season with pepper and salt carefully (!!). Cut each puff pastry into 8 pieces, for a total of 16 pieces. The individual pieces will then resemble cake slices, almost triangular (a bit difficult to describe). Spread the filling among the pastry pieces. Brush the edges with egg white and roll up the individual pieces towards the point. Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Brush the croissants with egg yolk. Bake in the center of the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
