Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then slowly fold in the sugar and ground nuts. Using two teaspoons, scoop out small macaroons from the mixture and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (convection oven) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
