Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

Boil the eggs for about 8-9 minutes and drain the tuna. Dice the onion and boiled eggs. Mix all ingredients together and season with spices. Tastes great on bread or toast.
