very tasty and juicy

Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Mix 4 tablespoons of sugar with the cinnamon. Mix the remaining ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Place a sheet of baking paper on the bottom of a round baking pan, outside the rim of the springform pan. Brush the edge of the springform pan with margarine. Spread about 2/3 of the batter on the bottom. Layer the apples neatly on top. Sprinkle half of the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the apples. Carefully cover the apples with the remaining batter. Make sure the batter is evenly distributed and the apples are no longer visible. Sprinkle with another layer of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at about 170°C for 40-45 minutes. Let the cake cool briefly. Use a knife to loosen the edge of the springform pan and turn it out onto a wire rack lined with kitchen paper. Carefully peel off the baking paper and let it cool again. To serve, turn it out, crust first, onto a cake plate. The cake tastes best when fresh.
