Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or vegan margarine
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s) or 2 tbsp applesauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 75 g flour
- 75 g nuts of your choice, ground
- 100 g oat flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 50 g chocolate drops or chopped dark chocolate

with vegan version, for 25 pieces
Mix together the butter or vegan margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and egg or applesauce. In another bowl, combine the flour, ground nuts, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon and add to the butter-sugar mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate. Using two teaspoons of batter, place small heaps of the cookies about 8 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (about 9 heaps per sheet). Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 13 minutes. The cookies should still be soft when removed! Makes about 25 cookies. This recipe is easy to adapt. You can also stir in 50 g of chopped cranberries or nuts, or use white chocolate or Smarties instead of dark chocolate. Anything goes – nothing is necessary.
