Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g almonds, ground
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 50 minutes

Knead the listed ingredients into a shortcrust pastry, refrigerate it overnight, and use it the next day. You can roll out the dough and cut out shapes, or run it through a meat grinder and shape it using the cookie cutter. Bake at approximately 170°C (top/bottom heat) until the cookies are light brown.
