brilliant, not just for Advent coffee, makes about 50 pieces.

Roughly dice the chocolate. Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla pulp, salt, and orange zest. Add the butter, cut into pieces, and the egg, and knead until smooth. Mix in the chocolate and nuts. Using a tablespoon, place the dough in small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between each one, as the cookies will rise considerably. Bake one at a time in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes, then let cool. Decorate with melted chocolate, nut halves, or something similar, as desired, and enjoy. Rum raisins or coconut flakes also taste great when folded into the batter.
