Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
- 90 g sugar
- 1 sachet flavoring (Finesse Bourbon Vanilla)
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 210 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder, level
- 80 g starch flour
- 3 tbsp low-fat milk
- 1 egg yolk

Whisk the margarine with sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until fluffy. Combine the hazelnuts with the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch, fold in, and knead into a smooth dough. Chill the dough for about 1 hour. Shape the dough into small, finger-thick rolls and cut into sticks about 4cm long. Mix the milk with the egg yolk and brush the sticks with it. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 180°C (gas mark 2, fan oven: 160°C) for about 15 minutes.
