Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g glucose
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder or baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • n. B. almond(s) and/or nuts, chopped chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Beat the butter with sugar and salt until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla sugar and beat again until creamy. Slowly mix in most of the flour and then add the rest, mixed with the baking powder. The dough should now be tough. Now stir in the marzipan mixture in small pieces and stir in the ground almonds. If desired, add chocolate or nut pieces and mix gently. Drop the dough, tablespoon by tablespoon, onto a baking sheet. There you can then top the cookies with chocolate pieces, almonds, or similar. The cookies will spread quite a bit, so don’t place them too close together. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) with fan for 8-10 minutes. The cookies are done when they have a light brown edge and are still moist on the inside. Finally, let the cookies cool on a plate, for example, to harden. But be careful: the cookies are fragile! Makes about 20 cookies.
