Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 125 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a nonstick pan. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to one level and cook the mixture for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. It’s important to stir continuously, as the mixture burns easily. Spread the oil on aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. When the mixture has caramelized to a light brown, pour it onto the greased aluminum foil. Once the candy mixture has cooled, break it into pieces.
