Knead the flour with the baking powder, sugar, vanilla, quark, butter, eggs, semolina, and zest of the nuts into a smooth dough. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes, then roll out on a floured surface and cut out shapes. Bake the cookies at 185°C (365°F) for about 10-15 minutes, depending on their thickness, until golden brown.
